1. Introduction

By accessing this website or using any service provided by DANAO Group you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all clients members visitors and applicants across Australia. Please read them carefully.

 

2. Services

DANAO Group offers exclusive access to luxury lifestyle services including chauffeuring security concierge administration support premium travel coordination and private memberships. Services are available Australia wide and may vary depending on regional availability. We reserve the right to update modify or discontinue any service at any time.

 

3. Membership Access

Some services are reserved for approved members only. Our Private Access tiers include Gold Platinum and Black. Entry is granted after a formal consultation and approval process. Membership is limited and may be revoked at our discretion if terms are not upheld.

 

4. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Once confirmed the client agrees to the pricing schedule and service terms. Additional charges may apply for urgent after hours or extended service requests. DANAO Group reserves the right to decline or reschedule bookings when necessary.

 

5. Payments

All payments must be made in full prior to service unless otherwise arranged in writing. Invoices are issued for every confirmed booking and must be paid using approved methods. Pricing varies based on service category location timing and subcontractor availability.

 

6. Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@danaogroup.com.au. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee or be non refundable. Full details are available in our Refund and Booking Policy.

 

7. Conduct and Expectations

All clients members and subcontracted providers must uphold the premium standards of DANAO Group at all times. Any inappropriate conduct breach of agreement or unprofessional behaviour may result in immediate termination of services or membership without refund.

 

8. Subcontracted Services

DANAO Group works with a trusted network of subcontracted providers across Australia. These providers are thoroughly vetted to ensure they meet our high standards of quality confidentiality and professionalism. By using our services you agree to subcontracted fulfilment where appropriate.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

DANAO Group takes every reasonable step to ensure quality service. However we are not liable for any indirect loss damage delays or issues arising from service delivery or third party involvement. All services are used at the client’s discretion.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All content branding imagery logos and materials on this website are the exclusive property of DANAO Group Pty Ltd. No use reproduction or distribution is permitted without written permission.

 

11. Privacy

DANAO Group complies with all applicable Australian privacy laws. All personal and payment information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services you consent to the collection use and storage of your information for service coordination and communication purposes.

 

12. Governing Law

These terms and all related activities are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be handled under the relevant jurisdiction based on your service location or residence.
